If you’re a patron who wants to work on your bike, buy a bike or parts,
or just look around…

  1. Write your name and bike issue on the sign-up sheet outside the door. Space is limited so we let people into the shop in the order they sign in on the sheet.
  2. Sign-in once you get inside the shop and fill out a waiver if it’s your first time.
  3. Meet the volunteer facilitators and ask for help if you need it.
  4. Do a chore to help maintain the shop when you’re finished like sweep the stairs, organize parts, throw out the trash, etc.

What Bike Church Is
There are two main purposes to Bike Church. The first is to help you learn more about your bicycle, and to try to provide a space where you can keep your bike in good condition. The second is to generate support for our Youth Programs. Every penny you spend or donate goes right back to our Earn a Bike students and graduates. Every time you help out by sweeping the floor or sorting parts, you make the shop a better place for these youth to work and learn. Please keep this in mind when you’re using our shop.

What Bike Church Is Not
Bike Church is not a “real” bike shop. We will not fix your bicycle for you; we will show you how to fix it yourself. We cannot promise that we’ll have the parts you need in stock. Our resources are limited, so we can't promise that you’ll be able to get in the door if it's a busy night -- especially if you arrive towards the end of the night.
